Q: What size tires do a 2008 Honda Civic EX Coupe have?
I can't look at the car at the moment but I am pricing tires online and need to know. Sorry, Its a Sedan not a Coupe

A: look at tirerack.com and they will size the tires for the car and make recommendations. you don't have to buy there, but they are a good source of information.

Q: how do you change the front and back rotors on a 2008 honda civic ex?
how can i loosen the bolts? how do i take out the two phillip screws without striping them?

A: You'll need a 10.12,14,17mm sockets or wrenches to unbolt the calipers and caliper brackets. You'll also need an impact driver to loosen the rotor screws, and a C-Clamp or large channel locks to compress the calipers enough so they clear the new rotors. Good luck and hope this helps.

Q: What colour is the leather interior on the 2008 Honda Civic EX-L models?

Q: How much should I pay for a 2008 Civic EX demo?
I'm looking at getting a 2008 honda civic ex. It's the dealer's test drive Civic so it has 1500 miles on it. The warranty will not be extended by the number of miles. Sticker is $20,145 Is $18,000 a reasonable price or should I go lower? I'm in NJ. BTW..its a 5 speed automatic.

A: Is this the 4-door EX Civic Sedan, rather than the 2-door coupe? I paid less than 18K before they added taxes & dealer fees back in March with only 9 miles on my new car (4 door). I would try to go lower - maybe $17,000 to $17,500 but it may be tougher to deal now that gas prices are skyrocketing. Good luck. It's a great car!

Q: 2008 Honda Civic Ex. V-tec or Not?
My brother just bought a 2008 honda civic ex. and how he is trying to figure out where it is a vtec or not. The sticker on the car Said so but. There is nothing on the engine. Usually honda writes v-tec right on the engine.

A: Yes, all honda civics are v-tec (08) in this case. I wont say it's 'weak'. tell him to check the exhaust and intake value lobes, and it would be a different shape compared with other engines.

Q: I have the 2008 honda civic ex and I'm going to do my 1st oil change today..?
What size wrench is the drain plug? Will the filter be hard to turn off by hand? Does the crankcase hold 3.8 or 4.7 qts? Going to put in Mobil synthetic..

A: if it's still under warranty let the dealer do it, you'll only have to pay for the oil and filter, besides you might lose the warranty.

I wanna know the 0-60 run for the 8th gen civic ex coupe. Not the civic Si, EX!

A: depends on the manual or automatic transmission Manual: 7.7sec Auto: 9.3sec The reason for the big difference is that the automatic is tuned for efficiency. Good luck!

Q: Honda Civic 2008 EX AT?
I am buying for a Honda civic 2008 ex AT, I got a price quote from online, the price a sale person gave me is 17000 + destination+processing+ tax and the state title, tag, registration. my question is how much i can cut the price down? what price i can go with when i negociate with him?

A: That is an excellent price if it is brand new. You won't be able to find it cheaper than that. If it is used, it depends on condition and miles. You aren't getting ripped off by any means as long as the car has under 15K miles. If used, I would offer $16K including destination and negotiate up.

Q: 2008 Honda Civic EX prices?!?
I have been checking out the 08 Honda Civic EX and was quoted an out the door price of roughly $19700. Does this seem like a deal? I cannot find the invoice price on the web as of yet. I had been considering the 07 Civic EX but the dealers were quoting them as the same (07 and 08), so why not go with 08? Any input is appreciated. Thanks :-)

A: I have sold Honda's for a number of years. These cars only have about a 1500 dollar mark up in them. If it is the beginning of the model year, they will hold close to sticker price. They are always in demand. The new ones also have a navigation option. The out the door price will depend on what options you have on the car.

Q: What are the differences between 2006/7/8 models for the Honda Civic EX sedan?
I´m not sure I should go for a brand new 2008 Honda Civic EX sedan (not the hybrid, the regular gas) or a used 2006 or 2007. If anyone out there knows what improvements Honda made to this car over this years, I´d love to know! thank you!!

A: 08 have tpms,(tire pressure monitoring system) and leather/heated seats.... 06 /07 are pretty much the exact same minus the mentioned

Q: 2008 Honda Civic EX Selling Price?
I absolutely need a new, reliable car. I do not want to rely on used cars any longer- it is simply too much headache and stress. I am going to be a senior in college and I make about 1500-1700 a month. I pay no more than 600 for rent, and I am looking into a new Honda Civic for peace of mind. I am looking at the EX, which has a MSRP of 19,510. I really want a moonroof, but I will settle for the LX, which is 17,660. After negotiation, how much do you think I can knock off the MSRP with this car?

A: The best thing to do is to go "car looking". I did that for about 11 months before actually buying my car. That way you could pretend you're buying, but you're actually not. Ask for prices, and negociate with dealers, private sellers, as if you were buying right away. My car was worth $13,999, after long negociations and coparing prices, I bought it actually for $9,799... sometimes I still can't believe it. Go out there, and check out the market. Good luck!
